Contact Pixcs
Pixcs is a small, independent, ad-supported site — there is no support team standing by, but a real person reads what comes in to support@pixcs.com.
A few things this address is genuinely useful for: a calculator that gave you a result you think is wrong (say which tool — the image resize, aspect ratio, DPI & print size, megapixels, file size, or crop & fitcalculator — and the numbers you entered); an image or photo-editing tool you wish existed here; an out-of-date fact or broken link in the blog, learn section, or the Imaging & Photography Museum; or a bug in how a page behaves on your device.
There’s no fixed response time to promise and no ticket system — mail is read and answered as it comes in. If your question is really about a specific camera’s exact sensor spec, a printer’s colour output, or which editing software to buy, the manufacturer or the software vendor will give you a firmer answer than a general-purpose calculator can. The tools here produce estimates from standard formulas, and the site isn’t affiliated with any camera maker, software vendor, or print lab.
One quick check before you write in about a surprising result: re-read the inputs. A width and height entered the wrong way round, a print size in centimetres typed against an inches setting, a DPI left at its sample value, or a ratio’s two numbers swapped account for most head-scratching answers. If it still looks off after that, that’s exactly the message worth sending.
